Our rooms are designed for 2-6 players. Most of the puzzles require teamwork so the minimum number of players is 2, and for the perfect experience we do not recommend more than 6 players.

Ages 10 and above is recommended but everyone is of course welcome to play!

Kids under 15 require a guardian to be present during arrival and when the teams leave, but the guardian does not have to partake in the game. This is because we need to be able to contact someone swiftly in case something happens.

For kids aged 12 and under we request one adult to be present in the escape room during the game.

Some rooms are better suited for younger players. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we shall advise on suitability.

Kids under 7 play for free. One per full paying player.

Escape rooms are primarily mentally challenging, but they may involve some physical activity.

Select the room that you wish to book, as well as one of the available time slots. You can use the “change date” button at the top of the calendar to book further in advance. Select the number of players, click “book this game”, then continue by filling in your information and payment details to complete your reservation.
After you’ve made your booking you will receive an email from our system confirming your payment, as well as the time and date of your reservation.
If you wish to book more than one game we suggest you use the “Book Multiple Rooms” button instead . Select the date you wish to visit us on, as well as your chosen time slots. Scroll down to confirm these details and select the number of players for each room. Finally click “Book these games” to complete your reservation by filling in your information and payment details.
A room is not fully reserved until payment is made and a confirmation email is received. If you have made a payment but have not received a confirmation email,
please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm your booking.

Prices vary based on the number of players, and are as follows:
2 Players: $98 AUD ($49 per player)
3 Players: $144 AUD ($48 per player)
4 Players: $184 AUD ($46 per player)
5 Players: $220 AUD ($44 per player)
6 Players: $252 ($42 per player)

Bookings are to be paid in full at the time of making your reservation online. We accept all major credit cards.
Fees for any additional players that join your group on the day can be paid via EFTPOS at location. For private events or corporate bookings, an invoice will be sent
via email prior to your booking. We also accept Gift cards bought from us.
To use a gift card as payment, add your voucher code in the “Have a Gift Card?” field during checkout. Click apply to activate the voucher, then proceed to “place order” to finalise your booking.

Groups with 3 or more rooms booked can cancel or reschedule, in part or whole, free of charge up to 7 days prior to the game. If any room is cancelled or rescheduled, whether as part of a booking or the whole booking, within 7 days (including the 7th day ) the fee is $200 per room cancelled.

For groups with 1 – 2 rooms:
Cancellations or rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you are entitled to a full refund.
If a cancellation is requested 48-24 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you may reschedule your game to a later date, or receive a voucher for value of your game.
If a cancellation is requested 24-4 hours before the scheduled start of game: you may reschedule or receive a voucher but $200 per room will be forfeit, or added to your invoice.

Regardless of group size, we do not offer refunds or vouchers for groups who do not show up for their game or who cancel or reduce the number of players within 4 hours of the game start time. Rescheduling within 4 hours of the game start time is considered a cancellation.
Groups of any size can reduce the number of players up to 48 hours in advance and receive a refund for the missing players. Within 48 hours a voucher can be issued on request.

Make sure you share our address with your team: Unit 17, 63-69 Kirkham Road Bowral. If you are late or do not arrive for your game because your team went to the wrong location, the cancellation rules still apply.

Monday to Sunday – 10am to 10pm

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time stated on the booking page for an introduction.

The games will start at the time stated on the booking page. If your group is late the booking will be cancelled, if 1 or more players are late the game will start withiout them.

A game takes up to 60 minutes to play.
