Our rooms are designed for 2-6 players. Most of the puzzles require teamwork so the minimum number of players is 2, and for the perfect experience we do not recommend more than 6 players.

Ages 10 and above is recommended but everyone is of course welcome to play!

Kids under 15 require a guardian to be present during arrival and when the teams leave, but the guardian does not have to partake in the game. This is because we need to be able to contact someone swiftly in case something happens.

For kids aged 12 and under we request one adult to be present in the escape room during the game.

Some rooms are better suited for younger players. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we shall advise on suitability.

Kids under 7 play for free. One per full paying player.

Escape rooms are primarily mentally challenging, but they may involve some physical activity.

Most of our rooms are suitable for wheelchair users but please call us as some of our rooms such as Bunker and Mastermind Heist are more suited than others. People with disabilities may fully enjoy our games but we ask that you call us prior to making your booking so that our staff can make appropriate suggestions and make any required alterations to your game to ensure a seamless experience. Pregnant women may also enjoy our games as they are not physically challenging and there are no fear factors involved (it’s all in the mind as they say !) Also, there are seats in all rooms if a team member needs to rest for a while. Please call us to check the requirements if you are unsure.

After you made your booking you will receive an email confirmation from our system. This email will contain the information on the time and date of your reservation. If you do not receive this emaTo make a reservation go back to our start page or press book now.

Select the scenario you wish to play to see the availability for that game. Individual rooms will show you availability by week so if you are looking for a particular date just select that date by pressing the calendar.

Mark the time you wish to book, if the slot is available you should now be able to select the numbers of player for your game.

Continue by filling in your information and payment option in order to complete your reservation.

If you wish to book more then one game we suggest you press “Book Multiple Rooms” instead, select the date you wish to visit us on by clicking the calendar on the ‘Multiple Bookings page’, mark the rooms you’d like to reserve and the number of players for each game.

Prices differ depending on the day of the week, the time of day, and how many players there are.

For groups of 3+ the price is 144 – 252 AUD. The price is the same for children and adults.

2 player games are always set at 98 AUD.

Bookings are to be paid in full at the time of making your reservation online. We accept all major credit cards. Fees for any additional players that join your group on the day can be paid via EFTPOS at location. For private event or corporate bookings, an invoice will be sent prior to your booking.  We also accept Gift card bought from us.

In order to use the voucher as payment add your voucher code in the field named “Discount Code” and click on “Check” to activate the voucher.

Cancellations or rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you are entitled to a full refund.

If a cancellation is requested 48-24 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you may reschedule your game to a later date, or receive a voucher for value of your game.

If a cancellation is requested 24-4 hours before the scheduled start of game: you may reschedule or receive a voucher for 50% of the value of the booking.

Regardless of group size, we do not offer refunds or vouchers for groups who do not show up for their game or who cancel or reduce the number of players within 4 hours of the game start time. Rescheduling within 4 hours of the game start time is considered a cancellation.

Groups of any size can reduce the number of players up to 48 hours in advance and receive a refund for the missing players. Within 48 hours a voucher can be issued on request.

Make sure you share our address with your team: Unit 17, 63-69 Kirkham Road Bowral. If you are late or do not arrive for your game because your team went to the wrong location, the cancellation rules still apply.

Monday to Thursday – 10:00 to 22:00
Friday – 10:00 to 23:30
Saturday – 08:30 to 23:30
Sunday – 08:30 to 22:00

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time stated on the booking page for an introduction.

The games will start at the time stated on the booking page. If your group is late the booking will be canceled, if 1 or more players are late the game will start without them.

A game takes up to 60 minutes to play.
